hii guys!! i can't wait to greet with you guys^^ first of all i will said, this is my first blog and i hope you all enjoy with my content, sooooo hope you all like it^^

so basically, had you guys ever know about letter of intent ???

what is letter of intent?? What a context in it?? What means of that letter??? So yaa, we will get to know what is letter of intent, and i will show y’all my letter of intent when i apply my turkish scholarship.

 

What Is a Letter of Intent (LOI)?

A letter of intent (LOI) is a document declaring the preliminary commitment of one party to do business with another. The letter outlines the chief terms of a prospective deal. Commonly used in major business transactions, LOIs are similar in content to term sheets. One major difference between the two, though, is that LOIs are presented in letter formats, while term sheets are listicle in nature.

 

Purpose of LOIs

Letters of intent may be used by different parties for many purposes. Parties can use a LOI to outline some of the basic, fundamental terms of an agreement before they negotiate and finalize all the fine points and details. Furthermore, the LOI may be used to signal that two parties are negotiating a deal such as a merger or joint venture (JV).

 

After all of this explanation, we will go down, to see my letter of intent.

 

Assalamualaikum warrahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

 My name is Rahma Dewi Auliyasari, I am 18th years old. i live in Jakarta precisely on jln Swadaya II (Depok). I am a child of 2 siblings. I have one brother, my father is retired public servant and my mother is a housewife.

I was a senior high school of SMAN 7 Depok, science majors (XII science 1). When my first year, i try many organizations on the school cause i want to learning about organization, but i didn’t  join the student council cause i ever have experience when i was junior high school and i not interest to join student council on my school, cause something reason. Organizations that i run is scout, Pmr, islamic organizations (rohis) , technology science, science Olympiad district level,l this is my organizations in my school. Not only organizations on my school that i runs, i really love the organizations, so i joined an organization outside of school too.

I have several organization outside my school such as Youth Organization (2013 – now), Frames Islamic organization (2017 – now) , Amanah Takaful Philanthropic Foundation (2018 – now), Irmas (mosque youth association)    (2017 – 2018). Why i want to join many organization? Cause i really love it. I want my time used productive, i want my self on positive vibes, i don’t want to waste my time for bad things, i want to be useful to other . if we do something good to another, insyaallah that kindness will return to us.

Beside i love the organizations, i love to came to the seminar, a lot of seminar that I attended. I have some certificate for seminar that i attended, but all of them gone.

I am deeply interested in nursing major, but my father told me to take another major. I am okay with that. Because of that, in the recommendation letter, it is shown that i chose the nursing major, but my first choice on preferences is international relations. Studying International Relations will broaden my horizons, it will drive my desire to understand different perspective situations, cultures, and opinions. I believe that what would make this world a better place, is the coming together of countries from all over the world to carry out joint goals.

Making this world a better place,requires careful listening and understanding. Making this world a better place is the outcome of strong international relations of the wold coming together as a whole.

My second choice on preferences is biomedical engineering.  for honestly i wanted to be a doctor, as you can see medicine (Doctor) i put in my preference. I was interested in medicine and i was interested in engineering. and than i discovered biomedical engineering, so biomedical engineering things is two big fields of medicine and engineering together.

Doctor can instead saving one patient at a time. Besides that, if i  could create something from biomedical engineering, i could safe thousand of live. i will do the best. I ready to bring Indonesia’s good name. I will bring my knowledge to devote myself to my beloved Indonesia.With this made LOI hopefully the judge choose me, as a representative of Indonesia.
